Dispatch Time

  • Our standard handling time is 1 business day.

  • During busy periods such as sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days.

  • We always aim to minimise delays and get your order on the way as quickly as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

  • North Island: 1–6 business days

  • South Island: 3–9 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, rural delivery, weather events, or peak periods.

Shipping Carrier & Location

  • All orders are shipped from Northland, New Zealand

  • We use NZ Post for delivery
